When I actually got hooked on Anime, meaning I actually was a aware that it was commonly called "Anime" and not just a "cartoon", was when I was about 13, so 6 years ago. But I saw my first anime, Ocean Dub of DBZ, 14 years ago, so I was about 5.

As for Manga... I would guess about three or four years ago, it all kinda ran together as if it was all one long year.

Somewhere between 13-17. Sure, I was introduced to it when I was like, 6 with the pokemons thing going around, but i'm nowhere near hooked back then like I am now 🤣

I got into manga at around 14. Anime came shortly after. I don't watch much anime though, so I'm not as hooked to it as manga XD

After I started reading Shounen-ai/Yaoi.
