The things the internet shows me sometimes. I would like to point out that this officially licensed product is of the most successfully manga ever, the anime runs on daytime tv to huge ratings and has 2 spin offs aimed at small children. Some of Boa is even based on Oda´s wife and he married a Nami cosplayer. Freud would have a would have a field day.
That said i am an adult man who has Batman and Superman bedclothes(not sexual i swear) so glass houses and all that.

I also read EU/US comics and am a librarian.

I used to collect manga but it never progressed past beginner level, so to say. I only buy my absolute favorites now, and even then it's iffy. Not surprised to see the majority of people on here picked manga thus far, given the the site.

For me it's figures, hands down. Even through trails and tribulations it's the best hobby to enter my life, can't see myself without it.

EDIT: not discriminating didn't sound as informative as i had intended. I have bought(In use/lend/display format) AT LEAST one of every type of merch listed in this poll... also, i know you put other in there, but if you're going to list patches... way more people buy pins than patches.

I'm not sure if cosplaying counts as "collecting", so I chose art books and prints. If I had spare money I would consider collecting figurines, but they are expensive and I can't even use them for anything other than looking at them. Although cosplaying is expensive, I can at least wear it.

I'm surprised as well. I thought more people would cosplay. I guess it's not a very popular thing on a manga reading site.

No no you need to by a Rarity one. SHE is the best.
I have 2 separate Punisher-Skull shirts and 2 other Punisher sweatshirts. He had long hair too in for example Marvel Universe Vs. the Punisher so i could cosplay. I even have the gun training because of my military service and still own my combat boots but I look like a serial murderer without that already so I may have a problem.

I already collect what money and space allow of manga, DVDs, wall scrolls, and posters. I have some beautiful fanart, and a few odds and ends like playing cards, key chains, and a pencil board; one live action movie, Space Battleship Yamato. Plus scanlations.

Where is the option for everything?
