There's no need to update to any new computers as of yet. The graphics look utterly unimpressive. The only excuse Blizz have is that it's very early footage. But if you consider that the game will be released only in a couple of years... then that's just disrespect towards customers.
Look at Company of Heroes. That's how strategy games must look today. Even friggin C&C3 looks way better.
The only hopes are based on the fact that Blizzard doesn't disappoint. Ever. That's our only bet.

Okay, so I've checked some live game footage and now am more optimistic. Somehow I liked what I saw and it kinda makes you want to play it.
Nevertheless, the graphics need more sexy shader stuff and detalization.
And sangkun, I wouldn't expect it to be released too soon. Blizzard are genious at "done when it's done". And that means a year or two of waiting, if not three.

Probably the greatest news in the gaming scene in a long time. Graphics are a little dissapointing but I guess there is still a long way to the final work.

If im not mistaken, 2009. Then again, Blizzard tends to postpone a lot (Ghost?)

it happen before with diablo 2. so i wont hold my breath waiting for this one...it comes, eventually. but i do hope blizzard release starcraft2 in a year.

holy Crap...They already said there were going to have a "special release" for the 10 year anniversary of the release of SC...but I was thinking expansion....not a stand alone sequel....I'm gonna pass out.....

I thought it would be pretty obvious that Blizzard would not make a game with high end requirements. They made World of Warcraft with lower requirements because they knew more people would buy their games if they did that.
As for my own PC... I tried the CoH single player demo with the lowest settings and it wasn't too great so for SC2, I know I'd like to play with the highest settings.

Check out the new video if you haven't been looking up these things yourself. It shows a lot more than the videos before it.
