Shirokuro Tsubasa Scanlations is a fairly new scanlation team that is in desperate need of staff. Please be at least somewhat experienced in the field that you would like to apply for.

We need people who will keep in contact with us on a regular basis. You should visit our forum at least once every week or fortnight.Please don't leave us hanging without translations/edited/quality checked chapters. If you do not respond to us in a period of two weeks without notice, we may ask someone else to do the job. If you do not respond to any emails/PMs we send to you within a month, you may be automatically moved to Retired Staff.

Please be dedicated and make sure you can finish chapters within our deadlines as below:

Scanners- one scanned volume every month/one scanned chapter every week/fortnight (depends)
Raw Providers- links to raws to be submitted regularly
Translators- one translated script every 1-2 weeks
Proofreaders- one proofread script every week
Cleaners- one cleaned chapter every 2 weeks
Typesetters- one typesetted chapter every 2 weeks
Editors- one cleaned and typesetted chapter every month
QCs- one finalised chapter every 1-2 weeks
*times are approximate

New members may also ask for some new series if you can locate the raws and we have other staff willing to work on it. They must not be adult, obscene, explicit, hentai or other related types of manga.

I'd like to apply as a proofreader. I used to scanlate but I quit almost a year ago. I can also clean and typeset, but I'm currently interested in the proofreader position as I can't guarantee to meet the deadline if I clean/typeset since I'm also busy being a university student.

Um sorry to bother you I also said this in the other thread you made. But I want to be sure you read it. I translated the last chapter of Bishounen no Oheya, and I'd really like some group to edit it and publish it. This series is dropped, since there hasn't been a release in 600 days and it's also not licensed. So if you'd like to use it, I'd feel a lot better knowing I didn't do this just for practice. If you aren't intrested please at least tell me to be sure. thank you

Ok, ST Scans now needs translators (jpn, though krn and chn are welcome too), editors, cleaners, typesetters, qcers and scanners and raw providers. Translators are needed the most.
