Tenchi Muyo. It was the first anime I ever saw and now I'm gong to go watch the whole series again cuz its been 7 years since I last saw it.

My first anime was Sailor Moon (though I was too little to know what anime was) and my first manga was Steam Detectives volume 3 because someone left it in the lost and found in the library and the library lady said it was there for a while so my first manga was free XD

It was kind of strange how my first manga was sci-fi when i don't enjoy sci-fi very much to begin with...but it introduced me to a whole other type of "reading" xD

and pokemon still rocks my socks (even if I dont watch the newer ones)

First Anime: Gundam Wing/DBZ on toonami
First Manga: Ichigo 100% then Naruto :X both were because I wanted to know what happened past where the anime had reached.

My first anime was either DBZ or pokemon my first manga is Rave I bought it at a fryes eletronic store.

Ahh, my first anime was Pokemon and Inuyasha, but this was when I was what? 10? I used to watch it on TV all the time!

My first manga was in August 06'...Inuyasha...but I gave up on it because it never seemed to end, when I found out it finally did I just skipped to the final chapter (called tomorrow) and just made out I finished the whole series ^-^

i didnt even know what anime was back then. i wasnt even in elementary school yet. it was just one of those things everybody did as a little kid.
the first one i actually watched, knowing it was anime was probably naruto or full metal alchemist.

my first manga [not by choice] was probably naruto as well. chinese school kids were complete narutards. and probably still are.
and the first manga i chose to read was hana kimi. 🙂

First Anime? Pokemon and Sailor Moon. I was about 3-5 years old. I watched em' mostly because my older siblings watched em, though.

My first manga was Naruto. Read it when I was 7 or 8. XD Funniest thing is my Second manga was Elfen Lied. (I really liked Elves at the time..... since it had 'Elf' in the title....) Needless to say, at 7 and still pure, it freaked me out. XD After that I didn't read anything but Naruto for a few months, and then when I started exploring manga again, I made sure to ask my big sister (who read manga at the time) what was alright. (Of course, after a year or so I stopped listening to her.)

First anime would be Pokemon and Digimon I guess. Probably some other cartoon when I was too young to remember, but I guess they don't count.

First manga would be DNAngel. Tried to find a better ending for the anime and then I found out the manga didn't end yet, lol. 🤣

My first anime must have been a very long time ago, since i remember staying up till 3am for 4 or 5 consecutive weeks to watch it. It was 3x3 eyes and it was so brilliant ( i must have been about 10 at the time of watching it...) i ended up buying the vhs box set 🙂 Then moved on to akira, ghost in the shell, fist of the north star, cowboy bebop (awesome~~~) gundam wing and outlaw star.

Proud to say i'm not one of these pokemon first timers 😛 i had a proper anime as an introduction ^_^

I did eventually follow some of the usual trends like DBZ... which was alright.

First anime that i really liked was pokemon and DBZ, but of course i didn't know they were made in japan then XD
First anime that i KNEW was an anime was gundam seed, then stuff like naruto, bleach, witch hunter, and any others they showed on tv (stayed up quite late just to watch them 😛 )
first manga was naruto, cause i got fed up with waiting for the anime releases on tv that i dled them from the internet, then switched over to manga 😀
