Forgot Yaoi Title - Past abuser as MC

Okay, so...
This was a 2 or more part manga series. The first story had a guy whose partner abused him physically. He eventually left the abuser for a better man he met, but he really loved his abuser a lot. I'm pretty sure him and the abuser were dating since high school, but I can't remember that part too well.
The second story had the abuser as the main character. He regretted his past actions deeply. I think the manga was about him trying to be good for a new partner. I think his excuse for abusing his old partner had something to do with his stressful job?
That's all I can remember. Some parts might be kinda off.

I'm pretty sure it's Kaibutsu series by OGERETSU Tanaka.
It starts in Sabita Yoru Demo Koi wa Sasayaku, and then Kan-chan's story (the abuser's) continues in Hadakeru Kaibutsu.
