Reason for this topic post is I was wondering do most of you people talk the way you do online? The way you act?

I just wonder, how people go like "ZOMG hai to you too XDDDDD, we should go out sometime, bai bai =P"

Most people in real life don't say "Oh my gosh, Hi to you (with giggling face and smiles), we should go out sometime, bye bye (in a cute accent, while sticking tongue out)

Maybe its a odd way of expressing yourself, I just find it odd when I read stuff like that online, I just picture someone doing that and I laugh to myself.

Just a way of speaking, some people are real quite in real life, yet real loud online, I guess its more expressive you can say. I myself do not talk in this crazy typing you see now. I'm more... proactive you say

I am the same person, and "act" the same way online.

But I "talk" differently.

I may sound like a maniac online, but in real life, I have a captive audience and get really crazy. My friends have told me before that sometimes when I open my mouth to talk, they can actually hear circus music come out.

Me in real life.

I talk in reality more or less the same way as I do online. Although my online "voice" sounds slightly more like my writing than my voice in reality does.

I'm about the same online as in real life except i'm kind of more mean on the internet since i know the people will never see me, if they are being a jerk, i'm a jerk right back while in real life i just ignore those people (once in awhile my true self comes out lol). I'm also a little more weird on the internet, i tend to hide that "otaku" side of myself during school hours (except when i'm with my best friend) because our anime club (which i REFUSE to join) is full of disgraces to anime-fans no

I just act like myself both online and in RL.

The way I act depends on the person I am talking to.
My friends next door are not capable to talk in the
manner I speak with some people on the intrawebzors
due to their lack of age.

I act the same no matter what the medium. Internet? I'm a jerk. Real life? I'm a jerk. Phone conversation? I'm a jerk. All of it--all jerks!

Same as real life, except I "speak" more politely/proper online.
Maybe it's just the way that I've been taught to write and type.
There's also little to no profanity or vulgar language when I type. It just feels silly if you take the time to type something like "f*ck" when you could just as easily take the same amount of time to type something more meaningful.

Now that I think about it, I act a little different here than in RL. In RL, I say f**k WAY more often.

online, I can't use hand movements ='< I have a lot of hand movements laugh and body movements, etc etc... I move a lot when I talk.

but other than that, I talk the same way, except I can emphasize *hand movement* a few words! yay *big smile& <-- see see I underlined my important words

I think I act the same online as I do in RL.
Sometimes I might act quite differently, but that is usually for a good reason...
