I',m looking for manga that can be any genre providing there is a couple. But here's the catch- That couple whether main characters or minor must either end up in heartbreak or confessions that have not been returned. The overall result changing one or both character's lives dramatically.
School Days doesn't count, sorry about that.

I guess Ichigo 100% fits your description well, but i found it really frustrating for the most part and it really left me a bad impression in the end too . On the other hand Video Girl Ai includes pretty much (not as much as the first one though) of the element you re looking for and is a million times better, so thats the one that i`ll propose to you 😀
