Does it taste the same?
Okay here's the thing. My dad accidently bought decaf coffee, and when I tried it, it tasted different 😐
I was wondering if anyone else found that decaf tastes different to the regular stuff. That's either tea or coffee.
I personally have never tried decaf tea...I like my tea and coffee because it has caffeine in it 🤣

It tastes the same to me, but different brands DO taste different, so that might be your cause.

Coffee? I loathe that cursed beverage. I imagine it might taste different in the way soda of any sort tastes different caffeine free style (that is, hardly different at all).

I don't drink coffee so I wouldn't know. And is decaf tea even possible? I've never heard of it 😕

As previously stated, certain brands of coffee will have a taste difference between the two. The better the brand, the closer decaf will taste to regular. As for tea, I've only noticed a slight difference, but not enough to stop drinking it.

I don't drink much coffee, and when I do I don't check the label.
So I wouldn't know...
I don't consume caffeine for the sake of plumping caffeine into my blood.

I don't drink coffee. I've never heard of caffeine free tea. I've tried green tea before, that was nasty stuff; although I probably made it wrong or it was just the brand that was crap.
Lose - Opposite of win, to misplace something/someone. e.g. To lose your way, to lose a fight.
Loose - Opposite of tight. e.g. To have a loose screw, to loosen a jar lid.

You probably have, since green tea tastes fine/good if you make it correctly.
Unless you dislike green tea in general?

diet soda = fake sugar
Not quite the same thing. I do agree it's awful though.

I know they are different, but diet soda tastes the same as decaffeinated soda in my opinion, well with some differences at least. Coffee seems like it would be the same and I don't really see the point of decaf coffee. Its like taking an energy booster without the actual boost. But in this case the energy booster tastes good.

Tastes the same to me, but I rarely dink decaf---usually from someone else's cup, since I don't order/make it.
But I think it also depends on the brand and how they take the caffeine out (either chemically or by water - there are several different processes), which could change the taste.

Meh I know alot of people who can't stand green tea. You either like it or you don't I guess.
Anyway I voted no. Hate decaf, don't really see much point in it. I love coffee and tea- taking the caffeine away would be like taking away the colors from a rainbow 😔
