The only one manga I know with both gender-bending and reincarnation is NG Life.

Bokura no Kiseki has those two elements too, but I don't think it has reincarnated lovers.

Hmmm... all I've got is Gekka no Kimi. The hero's the reincarnation of Hikaru no Genji, and he finds the reincarnation of his lover (forgot the name). There's no gender bender in it though. 😢
