Seeing Luffy blab about Gol's son and finding out Whitebeards insane DF power was pretty cool but I thought the previous two chapters were better 🙂 Though just a bit.
Waiting a week after the double issue might blow, but if you feel that strongly about it you can just read half of it at the time of the release and save the other half for the week without the One Piece release 🙂

Given how powerful Whitebeard is shown to be, I honestly can't blame Blackbeard for not being at the execution site. You'd figure that Whitebeard himself would kick Teach's ass, given that he already killed Satch (a division commander) and sent Ace to the gallows, so to speak.

I hope this actually turns into a war rather than a massacre, given how overwhelming the odds seem to be in Ace's favor at the moment. I could see Aokiji freezing the tidal waves, but hopefully either Sengoku (being fleet admiral and all) or the other admirals can give Whitebeard a run for his money.

Aokiji will freeze the waves and i dont think quakes can do much about Kizaru.
and yea we dont know what Sengoku and Akainu can do either/ it would be nice if Akainu was also a Logia type DF user just to complete the set
and honestly, Bartholomew Kuma seems like frickin invincible. and Doflamingo has yet to make full use of his powers. i guess Mihawk has yet to also
what the heck. maybe Whitebeard's division commanders are as strong as Ace

I wonder if another wild Card like Shanks showing up would happen, he after all was one who said not to let ace go after Teach and seems to have personal stake in it being as he is a former member of Gold's crew and cares much for Luffy and Ace being his "Brother" and all. would also be interesting to see if Rayleigh would show up too being another member of Gold's crew and his right hand man.

aww i was hoping to see luffy's entrance but it looks like the war will start without him. nonetheless the revelation of Ace's past and WB's DF power was awesome. luffy will probably come out in the middle of nowhere during the chaos. can't wait to see it!

@Badat: Shanks coming would make things even more epic but i dont see that happening, as WB alone is enough to shake the world.

Or that Haki is capable of nullifying the powers of Logia DFs?

I agree with that. I was hoping that WB was a non-DF user. But this works just fine. Gol was 'pirate king' while WB is the 'strongest man in the world' (because he can actually destroy the world!). Very fitting rivals I must say. It is also mind blowing to think aboud Gol D. Roger, how strong he was and if he even possesed a DF power.

Now its the marines move. Lets see what they come up with as we don't know the abilities of some marines like Akainu and Sengoku. We don't know nuts about Mihawk coz he only used like 1% of his strength against Zoro. There is also mention about him being able to fight on par against Shanks who is somewhat on par with WB (please confirm)! That's like too many variables! Its mind Blasting!

Instead of taking suicide thinking of the next chapter i kind'a wanted to look at Ruffy's fce as he sits there not even understanding what he just said while the others definetly won't simply believe he said the truth....
