On the Job

Looking for a yaoi/BL manga that focuses on the technical details and/or mastery of some profession, and the BL is just alongside that. What I mean is... When the BL occurs it should only occur because of professional reasons (e.g. they only met on the job) and most of the couple's interactions should have some professional purpose to them (at least until they become a couple, and preferably even later). The manga should go into a lot of detail about what the job comprises, maybe even more than it goes into the romantic detail between the characters. Lol!
I was recently reading the EXCELLENT Secret Diplomacy, which goes into the nitty-gritty of international diplomatic relations, and also Umaimon Kuwasero by the same mangaka. Both focus on career advancement and take place "on the job," as it were. There is an immense amount of technical detail particularly in the first manga, but also to some extent in the second. To me this was so much hotter than any manga that just focused on the sex or on the lovey-dovey stuff... Idk, maybe it's just because I'm a geek, but I love technical details about specialized jobs. I can seriously get off on them. 😀
That's the kind of yaoi/BL I'm looking for... Any suggestions?

They go into detail in I.D..
And maybe Innaikansen & Cold.
All three take place in the working area.
The second and third aren't very detailed about it though (as far as I rememeber).
Hrodulf and Bjornolfr, you will not be forgotten.

If I had a fantasy self, it'd be a tentacle monster.
I think Arashi no Ato, at least it went into some detail about the seme's job, from what I recall. Sekaiichi Hatsukoi is a great example; more time is spent explaining the job rather than the actual romance of the story. You should try more of the mangaka's other series as well, mainly the Junjou ones. Also try Shijou Senyuuritsu, I didn't really like this one because it went into too much details concerning their careers which I found rather bland, but maybe you'll enjoy it more than I did. O_O

It seems to me that both Stairway to Heaven and Sabakareshi Mono by Honma Akira were like that, but I might be wrong, it's been a longgg time since I read them.

Okay, this may not be quite what you're looking for, but I'm gonna suggest it anyway because I liked it a lot. Yume wo Miru Hima mo Nai is kinda about different jobs within an airline. I just think it was different and it really made an impression on me.
Oh, and a couple of more, but they're not completely totally set at work. Bed no Ue no Tengoku the main story (video game company) and Renai Shinan! (designers).
