Id go with the basement, library, and all the technology but Id change the harem to all girls, and one more wish, to bring manga/anime girls to life

I think the thing obtained can´t be better than the value of your soul (satan and god aren´t fools).

I don't think that any supernatural being has the ability to grant someone power beyond their own. Just doesn't make sense. Now, they could make something powerful enough to kill themselves, but that's a different case entirely, and they'd probably only make a shadow of their own abilities.

Well, there's always the chance that owning someone's soul makes you their puppet. If terms of the contract allowed ol' Lucy (short for Lucifer) to get the soul immediately after giving you power, it might be in his best interest to create a controllable, unstoppable, earth rending, malice filled engine of destruction and hate. At least, those are my thoughts on the matter.

Can we all agree that selling our soul...jsut doesn't go the way it should...
i figure hey...if life sucks...and i mean if it really does...you could allways sell your soul to make life similar to GTA San Andreas...Make it final fantasy...basically make it something worth while for the short amout of time u can enjoy it

But if it was so wouldnt the possibility of your death be really high, and with it the fulfillment of the pact with Satan, I mean shoot a few people in GTA and the whole army is on you, and In Final Fantasy you have random encounters forget to bring a potion and phoenix down and youre out of there
