Most of the pleasures in life are a sin so you would not be allowed to do them in heaven so there is no point in going there for me unless i can do what ever i want

so i would sell my soul for these 3 conditions

1. An infinite amount of money and power so i can do anything i want with no consequences what so ever

2. stay young ( like at the age 21 ) and healthy till the world ends unless i kill my self
   i figure a couple million years is still in favor to the devil since ill be spending an infinite amount of time in hell

3. have a good position in hell so when i go there i want to be one of the guys that torture the souls not the one being tortured or if there are ranks in hell i would like to be one of those at the top or close to it

I would not sell my soul for any reason.

If you believe that you have a soul, selling it would make you soulless. If you don't believe that you have a soul then what is the point of selling it 😕

Immortality.
Not a cheap immortality with that : I mean I want to stay young and healthy .
As I'm christian I'm very reluctant to sell my soul for anything:money ,knowledge , power ,etc... But if it were immortality at least I would consider it .
To have as much time as you want to learn as many languages as you want , get as many skills as you want , read listen and watch tons of books , movies , music , discover this fucking great world .... Yeah curiosity/knowledge thirst is my main failing so I might fall for that even if it would torn my heart to betray my religion. But immortality is the greatest dream ever .

N.B : considering what is a soul it's clearly a religious notion . Without the background of religion it just doesn't make sense :it's neither mind , nore awareness or anything close to this . Soul is just the mark of god on you .It means that you belong to his people , that he will always know you even if you don't believe in him . And selling his soul just mean forsake God forever . There's no going back , you give up on salvation . This latter fact points out again the religious character of this notion : "selling his soul" also belongs to a religious background.
If you're ready to live really on your own forever without God ....well I guess you can sell your soul. But it's a very lonely path , especially for someone who choose flesh immortality .It requires an outstanding strenght.

id sell my soul to become the - immortal invincible lawyer . right after the contract is completed id sue the devil, get my soul back and take many other free of charge wishes as a form of compensation.

You could always sell your soul for a soul stealer ability. Then just include in your contract a number of souls to buy back your own, and presto! You've both got a special ability and a soul. And stealing souls will most certainly extend your life. However, you're still going to hell afterwards for stealing peoples souls... Or, alternatively, reincarnating pretty low in the food chain for a long time as punishment.
