I assume changing the controller chip would make it.. work?
Well, at least bring it back to a stable condition. Stable enough for an external case enclosure.

If you still have the original chip, you may just be able to solder it back on (being really careful not to fry the board in the process.) You hdd could be broken 'cause the controller fell off, but the controller itself probably isn't broken. (Solder just isn't the strongest bonding material.)
If you don't know how to solder it back on, try going to a competent computer shop (much more specialized than best buy) and see what they say. Could be the controller is massively important, could be it's redundant. I don't know anything about hdd circuit design. I don't know if you can even buy the controller as a stand alone, maybe from one of the shops that specialize in these things-but get the specific part # before you even attempt it.

Do organic eggs taste any different from regular eggs?

I only ask because I always feel sick (nauseous) after eating regular eggs (scrambled, fried or boiled) and maybe it has to do with taste...

From google all I get is that organic eggs are supposed to be healthier and more expensive than regular eggs. ._. So maybe someone who has tried both or has the same problem as me can help me here?

I find that they taste the same. I've tried both kinds in multiple ways. I like my eggs. 🤣

MILITARY QUESTION

So i have to write a report about the militia and other branches
I was thinking what is the difference between Navy seals and Marines?

😢 sorry bout the double post internet is on haywire

Wow, really? Ok that one is easy. The US military is split up into 5 branches, Air Force, Army, Navy, Coast Guard(I don't really count them), and Marine Corps. The Navy is pretty much a bunch of guys on ships, doing there thing, hanging out on boats. Army is really nothing more than an occupational force. Air Force is just that, aerial support and strike force. Marines go in a fight the fight first(I was in the Marine Corps). They are the initial strike force. So in a wartime situation, Marines go in while the navy and air force back them up and then the army goes in to clean up the mess.

Each branch has a special group. Army has the Rangers and Green Beret (Rambo was a Green Beret), as well as a few others. Marines have Marine Force Recon, and Marine SOCOM. Navy has the SEALs. Air Force doesn't really have one that I can remember, but they do a lot of stuff in NASA. I think pretty much all our astronauts are Air Force Aerospace pilots.

So simply put, SEALs are a special ops group from the Navy, who go in and save the Marines asses when they get captured, as well as other shadow operations, and Marines go in first, as loud as possible, with guns blazing.

The organic eggs I eat are blue. No joke. They taste 10 times better than the regulars as well. Yes, I can tell the difference 😮
The yolk is a darker shade of yellow as well 😃

I prefer organic to regular. I can really tell the difference when I hard boil them. Not only do they look better, I recon they taste better as well.
And yeah, they are more expensive, but hey, if you don't mind paying extra, I think it's worth it, especially if you like your eggs.

This happened to me today & just about gave me heart failure... 🤢

Has anyone else using Windows Vista suddenly had their settings changed so that hidden files, which were set to be viewable, suddenly became hidden again?? ~120 GB of files, which I had been able to get to just fine this afternoon, were suddenly gone (as in "this folder is empty") and yet still there (as in, "24.2 GB free of 144 GB").

I'm totally baffled as to how something like that could happen. As far as I know, it's not something you can accidentally do, right?? Thank goodness for google, that's all I can say, because I was clueless and on the verge of seriously freaking out. (_)

O_O Your mom is mean!!

Anyway, I am the mom in this case & I'm pretty sure my boys didn't have anything to do with it, so I still have no idea how it happened.

Hm. I think you'd probably survive for quite a long time, but it might start to affect your health after a while.

It's possible there might be some security programs that think (and rightly so in most cases) that users are too stupid to understand hidden files and turn them back off to "protect" you. I could see a program like AVG or Spybot or even Windows Firewall doing something like that, potentially after an "update" to them.

In fact, Spybot will auto-update and lock my hosts file on me after restoring a locked back-up that it had saved, and it didn't tell me, so I suddenly couldn't reach some websites that I could previously. Now, most people don't know what a hosts file is or does or how to use it, so it's a perfectly acceptable "feature" in most cases, but I know what I'm doing with a hosts file, so it really annoys the hell outta me.

Geh. I bet it was some stupid Windows update, then... (_)

I've been running basically the same system for a long time now so I'd be surprised if my antivirus or firewall suddenly changed things on me, but Windows update...yeah, I can see them doing it. Why can't the stupid thing ASK me?? I mean, I had to go in and purposely UNhide the files, right? So it's really irritating that whatever-it-was just decided to hide them again without any warning at all. 🤢

Hi! I had a question about an anime I used to watch when I was a kid but I can't remember the name of it.

I think I remember some of the stuff in it if you can help.
In the first episode (i think it was the first) there is this boy who goes to this place where he finds these two tube types things. he opens one and finds a dinosaur type thing (it might have been robotic) and he says something like "the other one must be his brother". when it opens instead of finding another dinosaur thing out comes a girl.

I also remember when they were exploring this place (him, the girl, and the dinosaur thing) the boy and the girl split up. Later he hears a scream runs to see what happens only to find her fallen out of a tree saying. "I thought you might be thirsty so I was going to make you orange juice."

🤣 🤣 this was longer than I thought. So if you know what the anime is or have a guess please reply!!!
