Random Questions "Attempt II"

You can also take into consideration that they are not claiming it as their own work. Well, they drew it and to an extent it is their story, but they do not take credit for the characters. Now, I don't really read djs but don't they state where the characters come from at the end? However, Nick Simmon was trying to pass off those characters (or positions) as his own. So, it's not really that same situation. Besides, djs seem to me like Masami said... they are homages to the author and the story they portray.
I also thought that most dj authors don't get much money for their work and just strive to break even for the publication (printing) costs for each... ummm... outing? or where ever they sell their work.

Oh yeah, I forgot that most of them are self-published so they don't get much if any. I guess the intent is different, like Toto mentioned. Most of them even use their own style.

here was an actual interview with one of the CLAMP member and she thought of it flattering, and that it was good because people would be interested in the original series (if they weren't before).
Well CLAMP (and a lot of mangakas actually) started out as a doujin circle, so it'd be kind of hypocritical to be all up in arms about it. The relationship btw. doujin and manga seems to be akin to how US authors treat fanfic (most don't care, some like it, nobody's supposed to read it, and the authors who hate it are anomalies.)

This is one of those questions I feel stupid asking because it seems like I should really know this, but I don't. (_)
Is there a GOOD, SIMPLE way for two computers to share one DSL connection, other than unplugging DSL from one & plugging it into the other? (One is running Vista & the other is running XP, I think.) How about if I wanted to add an XBox 360 to the configuration? I download & upload torrents a lot so anything that messes up torrents or is difficult to get the settings right for torrents isn't an option.
As far as I know none of the three have wireless capability, & I haven't been too impressed w/wireless in other settings. I have googled it, but end up with so many options that I just get confused again. ( 🤢 )

Which means that you should buy a router. Most routers come with about 4 wired ports you can plug Ethernet cables into.

Okay so.. Earlier this morning, Youtube was working perfectly fine for me. But then later on, when I clicked on links, a window would pop up to prompt me to download....

It would show up on certain links! Not all youtube links..
Does this have something to do with firefox?
(This only happens on youtube.)
I didn't download or go on any "bad" sites today.
Damn, I seriously hope it's not a virus or anything.
And I'm not that great with computers. Don't mind me if my question is stupid :3

Hmm...I think that's just a bug.
I get it sometimes to on many sites. Instead on linking me to the page, it prompts me to download it 😐

If you're using mozilla or thunderbird there's an add-on called Adblock Plus.

Why are you using IE in the first place? It's terrible!
Ditch that bitch and move on to firefox or opera! 🤣
Lately Firefox has been giving me a few problems.
So my question is, Firefox or Google Chrome?

Seriously, that's a question? Firefox. Chrome is for people who don't want a customizable browser and don't care for much about what they are doing. Firefox has a lot of add-ons and such. And is pretty widely accepted and compatible with almost anything. I tried chrome for a few days and I hated it.
