What are your when you think about it moments.
Those thoughts where when you put two and two together you kind of blow you mind. (or think something along the lines of "ewww" or "huh. Why didn't I realize this sooner" )
In other words when you think about something long enough you're able to put two and two together.
Some of those "when you think about it moments" for me.

Since you can taste by smell (this is why you can't taste anything when you have a stuffy nose), when you smell a big stinky poop you're in a sense tasting it too.

When you smell something small particular of the item get in your nose, so when you smell poop; you have poop in your nose. O.O

Bonjour in french is a greeting. Bon means good, and jour means day. Took me a long time to realize bonjour doesn't mean hello, but good day. (another delayed two and two)
I've been thinking of how I could put the second sentence out there, but didn't want to make a thread about poop ...
EDIT: Actually comment on something that took you a long time to put two and two together. Not just a one word reply to what I said.

Oh, when I was still young, whenever I'll see romance movies on tv where the male and female will kiss each other inside a closed room, then cut to the next Scene, fast forward and... the Girl gets pregnAnt, I thought that females will get pregnant if we kiss them, ehe..
