Then the brother or the guy finds him. I think the boy (who tried to kill himself) was being abused by his mom? I'm looking for a yaoi or Shounen ai where at the end of the book one character moves over seas and the lover kills himself because he left. I can't remember much of the rest but I do remember the one who killed himself was abused by his parents
