Totally not unusual where I live (Detroit-ish area), nor was it unusual where I went to high school (Virginia Beach, Virginia). Then again, I haven't seen many people with permanent pink tips. Not, so weird as you might think.
It's not so weird around where I live, either, I just meant Reike specifically - he's a dark complexion and well.. almost raven hair and brows, so it would really look um.. funny.

You do know that you can get your eyebrows lightened... or even dyed.

I have dark dark brown hair, It is almost black tho. so thats what color of hair i have for now. well i want to dye my hair black cuz it would probably look better. well thats it

My hair is Gray, Blond, and Brown due to unsuccesful hair dyeing experiments. The ends of my hair are a grayish blond color and there is a slight bit of blond above that, then it blends with brown so it's kind of like having a discolored mop on my head. But over all it actualy doesn't look bad at all.
