Tonari no Megane-kun is the only one i can think of right now.. but that's probably because all the shoujo mangas blend into each other after a while. I bet Dubby can make some good recommendations with her black hair + glasses bishies fetish.

Also I'm not sure that this is what you were after but Nousatsu Rock Shounen has the main charcter wearing glasses as a disguise and he becomes good looking only after taking them off. And I'm pretty sure that the guy in Duck Prince was the same, although it has been a while since I read it.
