Abuse of power

So what do you think about it?
I think that power shouldn't be abused, even if it happens in real life I'm against it. Certainly most of us had experimented it in one for or another, so, feel free to tell your experiences if you feel like doing so.

I agree, abuse of power is wrong.
Also, is that first option comes from spiderman? 🤣
I've seen many people abusing thier power.
Depends on the person I guess. Because I can't abuse power...
Seen too well what sort of people do that, and how bad it makes others feel.

I think people with power can abuse it, but shouldnt abuse it every chance they get. When abusing it, i think they should show discretion.
Example: Youre at a bar, and youre last in line, but you know the owner. Going up to the front is AOK, while pissing off the bartenders and such would be a douche baggy thing.
Abusing power is fine, just how you abuse it.

That's all there is to say, it's a rare case when an individual is able to resist the power, and won't abuse it. Like common how many good kings that didn't abuse their power can annyone name. The number is very very low to compared to the number of kings/lords/emperors we have had.

What's the point of having power if you can't abuse it from time to time. Otherwise, people are just unloading more work on you.

Just distance yourself from that power.

i agree.
example: a guy, who sees the injustice and power abuser of the law(cops), then he got power to put the cops to their knees. but, since other people didn't know what the cops did, they view it as the guy abusing his power.

Breaking the rules you enforce yourself or simply saying that those rules does not applyes to you will seem like abuse to a lot of people

You are saying everything can be justified based solely in your personal perspective? While you can have your own opinion about everything and it can be "correct" or "justifiable" for you. Society doesn't work that way.
Anyway, it's not a discussion about "definition".

Abuse of power isn't a realistic term anyways. It's more of a term to be used by those who are weak and can only call names. If you want to accuse someone of something, you should point to there specific crimes instead of saying that they can get things done, but sometimes they mistreat their ability to get things done (Like not feeding the power, or not giving it baths, or slapping it when it doesn't make your sandwich properly, or whatever).
