Basically I'm looking for romance with involving any kind of non-human, anything goes even yaoi/yuri

If there's no Romance it's still fine as long as it have non-human main (or at least important) characters, anime is also ok

The only thing that is not ok is the non-human character look to much human, please it have to look less human as possible

•Examples:
-Human x Monster
-Human x Monster Girl
-Human x Animal
-Human x Shapeshifter
-Human x Plant
-Human x Furry
-Human x Alien
-Human x Robot
(Basically Human x Anything that is not human)

•It can also be something like:
-Monster x Monster
-Plant x Plant
-Animal x Animal
-Furry x Furry
-Monster Girl x Monster Girl
-Robot x Robot
-Shapeshifter x Shapeshifter
-Alien x Alien
(And any other combination you can take out of these)

What I do NOT want:
-Elfs
-Dwarfs
-Kemonomimi
-Shapeshifters that are almost always on human form
-Monsters, animals aliens or creatures personificated in human form

●More pratical examples:
•With romance:
-Folk Tail Tonakai
-Momo (Kuju Siam)
-Ookami Ningen to Ningen Ookami
-Koisuru Shirokuma
-Hatoful Boyfriend
-Yajuu Kanojo

•Without romance:
-Shirokuma Café
-Miss Kitty and Her Bodyguards
-Cat Shit One
-Totsukuni Shoujo
-Demon Accessory
-The Knight of Flower, Dakini

A lot of the ones I know of are already on your wishlist but here's a couple I didn't see there:

Romance:
Mahou Tsukai no Yome
Yuusha wa Shimei wo Wasureteru (more comedy than romance)
Majo to Yajuu (oneshot)
Himekishi-san to Orc
Ryuu to Ryuugoroshi no Fujo
Orc ga Okashite Kurenai!

No romance:
Killing Me / Killing You
Yamako and Wolf
Heterogenia Linguistico Ishuzoku Gengogaku Nyuumon
Higyaku no Noel

They all seen pretty good, thank you

The 'Mahou Tsukai no Yome' anime was pretty good, but I wasn't sure if I want to read the manga because I already have a big wish list lol

Quote from vivant

I can only think of Mahou Tsukai no Yome
and for yaoi:
Pendulum: Kemonohito Omegaverse
Remnant: Kemonohito Omegaverse

Thank you, but these were already on my wish list

Found another one today, Jabberwocky. Male MC is a dinosaur/lizardman, whatever you wanna call it. Plot's pretty good and the art's really nice too, very different from your typical manga.

Nice! It looks to be pretty cool and is longer than most of manga I found with non-humans in the main cast, it was even successful enough to get a sequel so we maybe even see an anime of it sometime soon

Edit: I've analysed the author's other works and found out that she also wrote Tsukinowaguma Koroshiya (which I have already read and found to be pretty nice, but tragic as well) and she also made tha manga of Nobunagun and Ninja Batman (which I haven't read, but I watched the anime adaptations and they were pretty decent)

how about wizdoms?
Niehime to Kemono no Ou
Cubism Love
also for non-romance Somali to Mori no Kami-sama

Cubism Love seems to have a pretty interesting plot like I've never seen, Somali to Mori no Kami-sama also seems to be good, I like this style of heartwarming stories in depressive settings, about the other two, I already knew about them but I haven't read yet because Wizdoms is still not scanlated and Niehime to Kemono no Ou is still ongoing (I only start reading already completed manga so I can avoid having to wait for the next chapter to come out), but I definetly gonna read them as well, thank you

Wizdoms is coming out in english on october 1st by seven seas if you want to wait until then
and i personally found cubism love super boring but i have to admit it does have an unconventional protag and i was really struggling to think of more series with non-human characters

niehime is similar to mahou tsukai no yome in a lot of ways but it has its own charm. i really enjoyed the lizard(?) race they had in it and found them super endearing
somali and the forest spirit is absolutely amazing, the world is so rich and lived in and its just such a breath of fresh air in a market so saturated by creatively bankrupt cookiecutter isekai with no thought put into world building whatsoever.
there are also some really adorable non-human races in somali and the forest spirit and its episodic format made it really easy to digest

I have so many anime to read in my wish list that waiting is not really a problem haha, and I got interested about Cubism Love because it kinda remembered me of a visual novel I played recently in which one of the routes the doctor kills you and keeps your brain in a jar so he can have you forever

I'm really eager to read niehime since it does really seem to be the greatest human x non-human romance manga, if it really is as good as Mahoutsukai than it will be one of the better manga I've ever read, and what you say about somali makes it really seen nice and almost like a iyashikei like Natsume no Yuujinchou anime

What you said about isekai is true, most isekai nowadays are very saturated, almost all of the isekai series I know the plot is basically a annoying hero and some girls with magic/combat powers that fall in love with him without reason just for the series to have the harem/ecchi genres... the isekai genre have a unlimited potential to turn into something wonderful, beautiful and/or epic since it's about a completely new world, but it's almost like all that the manga editors want is a idiot protagonist with a bunch of girls running around without any real explanation about the world the protagonist is in

Have you looked at anything from the author, Nagabe? Although most of his works seem to be oneshots, they do revolve around a human x non-human relationship

Oh are you talking about hatoful boyfriend? 😁 it's a good one!

And tbh niehime definitely isn't the greatest and it's not as good as mahou tsukai no yome but it's different.

and somali could certainly be concerned an iyashikei !! it definitely healed me to read it

Exactly, that game was far better than I thought it would, and it's so cool how each route seems to have a completly different genre

That's great! I got even more interested in it now, iyashikei series are so good and relaxing, definitely one of the best anime/manga genres
