does anybody know a manga with a main char thats almost invinceble but hides it or is being supressed by something. it would be great if the main char gets like a disciple or student.
please no shoujo/jousei and stuff like that

Nope, its not. You'll just have to look into buying it (you shouldnt just limit yourself to just scanlations).

I didn't have read the ones you mentioned, but basing on your description maybe:

Shin Angyo Onshi <-- main hero has a curse/disease who limits his powers. He gets a bodyguard and a follower.
Ares <-- I think this one could appeal to you even if main char is not invincible.
