With gay marriage becoming more and more accepted i wanted to ask the question why Incest is still widely illegal around the world? Is it because of birth defects that raise from 4-7%? Really i don't see anything wrong with Incest as long as the people are in love with each other. What are your thoughts regarding this controversial topic?

Personally I have no problems with incest,Rather I support it as long as the two people love each other whats wrong with it? I especially LOVE Older sister x Younger brother incest. Incest = Greatest thing ever created since bread. 😀

It's suprising, but some states allow incest relationships, like in New Jersey. I think it is wrong and would never support it, there is a social contract inplace between family members. Parents raise them and siblings are there for them. For a parent you are taking advantange of the childern your are suppose to raise and for siblings you are abusing a bond of kinship and comradary. It's wrong.

simple answer:
in manga i find it sexy and love the idea of a forbidden relationship.
in real life, i find is creepy and gross, i mean i was raised with my brothers, we've known each others all our lives, they knew me when i was still in diapers! the thought of tainting the relationship is just crazy and gross to me.

people are getting confused about what it is im asking. I just want to know your opinions about Incest and why is not as accepted as gay marriage? Would be best if you can speak from experience or from a friend or close relative who has dealt with this

i dont think theres a problem but thats probobly because i was raised in a gay friendly household. my sister has a girl friend and my mom goes to every single gay pride parade. i dont think theres anything wrong with loving who you love.

Lol Yes i think anything is fine as long as both people truly love each other. As for bestiality i don't think that will work unless u understand animal talk and thats not even in the same category. Bottom line you love what you love and no one should tell you otherwise.

My opinion... well, Ive been a very open minded person... or well, a person with a bunch of opinions that contradict each other so basically I accept anything that comes my way. I dont mind it, actually, I' most likely accept it. You don't necessarily choose who you like/love sometimes, and if it happens to be your brother/sister, in my opinion: first cousin (anything past that I dont think by law is considered incest), mom/father, uncle/aunt, etc, I dont think its entirely your fault... (unless if its just plain lust... then no... I have a problem...)

I'm surprised at myself however, I have been born in a heavily catholic family that is against gay relationship's, and they are not even close to open-minded, so the arguement of how you were raised I personally find is completely irrelevant to this argument. [This point was just said that to say it's not really a matter of how your parents taught you growing up then it is natural acceptance]

Do I know somebody? Family friend is going out with his cousin... though I should say hes 'older'.... mid 50's, so dont think like teen/ youn adult dating >_>

Experience wise? None, but I am adopted, and have been since birth, and I have a half-sister whos a year older whom I've never seen 16 years. So, basing it off that, if I ever met her, I'd have a hard time placing her in my life as my sister since we never grew up together and i woul most likely see her as a woman before I would see her as a sister xD (This is one reason I'm probably scared to meet her xD... Now, if my parents saw this... xD)
