About gay liking boobs, I don't know if all the gays are alike, but a friend of mine who is gay "tried" woman once. Well in fact it was the girl who wanted to "save" him and she asked him to "try her". She had big ones and my friend told me that that was what attracted him in her. Of course, it didn't worked. But at least he liked the boob part. Without being a shrink of having any expertise in such matter I think it was the oedipian thing.

About the african woman topless, the african guys are still attracted by the boobs. Like the woman still interested in the male parts even they can see them all day. I have this info from a guinean girl I knew very well. Funny thing, she and her sisters use to keep dairies where they were rating their lovers... but that's not the subject.

And I stand on the taboo thing. Boobs are a taboo because they are attractive and not the other way around. Of course this adds to the attraction. In the 19th century, seeing an ankle was exiting. There is a funny movie where there is a wedding among assidims and in the bedroom, the first night, the bride says to her new husband "I will show you now what no other men will see".... and, to the delight of the guy, she remove her wig, long blond hairs falling in cascade on her nightgawn! So true making something taboo makes it attractive, but I still stand on my point. 😃

It's quite simple. Since men are attracted to women by nature, men naturally like the parts that are unique to women. Women have breasts, are shorter than men, have less muscle mass and are more curved than men, so those are the obviously feminine qualities that men like. This is why an average man would be attracted to a slender girl with wide hips, who is slightly shorter than him, and has nice, full breasts.
On the other hand, the average man would not be attracted to a tall, muscular girl with a strong jawline, which are all masculine traits.
It's primarily biological, with some influence from social preferences and taboos.

I'm a woman and I like boobies.
I think they are soft and comfy and are very handy to have. They are good for feeding babies and comfy pillows for your love to sleep on. They even help to regulate an infants temperature and breathing.
The only time I don't like them is when running/jumping/other such activities, hugging other friends with boobies, and trying to get clothes that fit them so that the buttons on your shirt don't look like they are about to pop off.
And fake ones are yucky and hard looking. Small ones are much nicer than fake ones.
