I'm looking for a shojo/josei manga with a main character that has a fear of men or interacting with society, maybe from past incidents or abusive situations. I've read
Asa mo, Hiru mo, Yoru mo
Koibana! Koiseyo Hanabi
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Try Bitter Virgin.
Oh, and The Devil Within. But that's more of a supernatural comedy situation, though she is really terrified of men.

After School Nightmare has a character like that, and Bitter Virgin and Mars are definitely seconded.

Eden no hana- has a fear of guys because of abuse and overall anti-social.
the devil within - kinda fits- main girl dosent like guys but more of a comedy/ supernatural type manga
edit: oops, devil within has already been suggested, I second it then! 😀
Mars for SURE
Bitter Virgin
Perfect Girl Evolution
Kare First Love tho it is a bit of a stretch
Kiss in the Blue Maybe? Sorta? Tho she does go through dramatic past and all

Okay, I've started working on the series, and so far I am in love. Cat Street is an awesome manga, as are Kaichou wa maid-sama and Bitter Virgin. Eden no Hana is really good as well, and I managed to comple Tenjou no Kajitsu.
And Perfect Girl Evolution = <3
Thanks for all the responses, my summer reading list is now epic ^_^
