I would have to say "Aishiteruze Baby" - the 5 year old girl is utterly adorable and pure. "Azumanga Daioh" too! Chiyo-chan is so loveable.

Like I said, Id reply again.I recalled some more mangas I think are cute... Koko ni Iru Yo(i think thats what its called),Pita Ten,Little Little,Little Busters(based on game,just character introductions but cute),etc... Ill add more later on...I`m trying to remember titles...
