Kamichama Karin is one of the cutest manga i've ever seen
big shoujo eyes and a lot of more cute stuff like dresses with big drags and so on
but i like it xD

Gaba Kawa-the main character's chibi expressions are hilarious.
As of drawing style-Strawberry Marshmallow and Yotsubato are really kawaii.

For me, Id say... Fruits Basket,Kamichama Karin,Shugo Chara,AIR,Hayate no Gotoku,Puchimon,Shinigami to Chocolate Parfait(this is ecchi),Dei Ecchi Ei(also ecchi),Kodomo no Jikan(ecchi/loli),etc... And yes,most of them are animes! Anyways,Ill post more soon..! >w<

I really like Chii's Sweet Home, but I'm biased because I'm such a softie when it comes to cats.
Another manga I think is cute is My Girl (SAHARA Mizu). The little girl is so darling - just like Nanami from Hotman.
