Does anyone know what manga this picture is from, if it is indeed a manga?

Maybe I just missed it, but Chibi manga has a lot of projects on their site and after looking for awhile I couldn't find it:

It is not a manga, it is a short story or light novel under Shueisha's Cobalt Bunko label. The title is ベビー・ロマンティカ 禁忌姫の結婚, or in romaji, Baby Romantica - Kinki-hime no Kekkon (kinki here means taboo, so I guess it translates to something like Baby Romantica - The Forbidden Princess's Wedding. Sounds smutty.)

The author's name is 在原スルメ - I'm not sure how to read the family name as it has quite a few possible readings, but the personal name is Surume. Neither the book itself nor the author are in the MU database, in any case.

The reviews look pretty bad, so don't feel like you're missing out on much 😉
