Reading list: Yeah, the ones that I'm reading now.
Wish list: Hope it would get scanslated / read the un-scanlated version (But I'll probably read the ones in the reading/on hold list)
On-hold : I'll just place (mostly) completed + scanlated series here and read them when I'm free.
Unfinished: dropped series.
Complete: Finished reading it! 🙂

Reading List - Manga I'm reading at the moment and have read a bit of in the past few months, through scanlations.
Reading List (Physical) - Manga I read only through physical volumes I collect.
Complete List - Does what it says on the tin. Stuff I've read through to the end.
On Hold List - Manga I haven't read in a few months for whatever reasons, but plan to return to and finish.
On Hold List (Scanlations Halted) - Seperate category for manga that I would be reading currently, only the scanlator groups pulled out of the projects and the manga in unavailable otherwise.
Wish List - Manga I plan to pick up and read someday, taken from personal recommendations and browsing others lists.

What an interesting topic. I do love talking about my lists (seriously, I do, I'm so proud of them.)
Default Lists
Wish List: Series I am interested in that are currently being scanulated.
Reading List: Series that I'm reading.
Complete List: Series that I have read all of or haven't been updated for a long time.
Lists I don't use: Unfinished List, On Hold List
Custom Lists
Yaoi Wish List: For all the yaoi I want to eventually read. Seperated from the regular Wish List because it was clogging it up.
Yaoi Finished List: For all the BL that I've finished. I figured if I had a seperate Yaoi Wish List I would have a seperate finished list.
Untranslated Yaoi: For all the sadly untranslated BL out there.
Untranslated List: For all of the non-BL untranslated series.
Dropped List: For all of the series I have dropped. Made before I realized there was a default lis for this.
Licensed List: All of the series I have read or want to read that are available in North America.
The power of lists! I take it not everyone has as many as me, though XD

I have so many custom lists; I require everything to be in perfect order.
As for the standard ones:
Reading Lists (sorted by genre)
-Series I am actively reading/following.
Wish list
-Things I want to read or buy, but can't gain a copy of.
On Hold
-Series which were dropped by the scanlators or publisher.
-Series which are on hiatus.
Unfinished
-Titles I have dropped / or might pick up again... someday.
-Titles dropped by the author.
Completed Lists (sorted by genre)
-Titles I have finished reading.

Reading List: Mangas that I'm waiting for to update.
Wish List: A manga that sounds intresting, but hasn't got enough chapters. (Basically I'm waiting for it to have alot of chapters before I start reading it To ensure i don't get confused.)
On Hold List: Series that have been recommended to me, and am on my way to reading it.
Complete List: Mangas that I've completed

Reading List - What I'm currently reading and which is incomplete; it doesn't matter how inactive. Mainly so I can keep track of what I'm reading!
Unfinished List - Things I couldn't bear to keep reading because they were awful or boring; what I've dropped.
Complete List - Series I've completed, whether they were good or not. If I pick up a series that's finished, I don't add it to my reading list I wait until I finish it and add it to this list (or add it to Unfinished if I drop it).
Favourites List - My top favourite manga, of course.
Wish List - Things I plan to read, but don't have the time for or don't want to start just yet. I use this a lot to keep a list of what I think would be interesting.
I don't use the "On Hold" list 😐

-Reading List: manga I am actively and currently reading (this list is almost always either 0, 1, or 2 items, since I can only read one or two series at once, or I am too busy doing other stuff to read manga)
-Complete List: completely finished reading this stuff
-Unfinished List: manga I stopped reading because it was crappy
=wish lists: manga I want to read
-Greater Wish List: my wish list with 1st priority
-Wish List: my wish list with 2nd priority (I split it into 3 levels, because it was getting too long to find stuff in it when I wanted to read something... I did this relatively recently, so much of this group still needs to be sorted)
-Lesser Wish List: my wish list with 3rd priority
-Prerequisite Wish List: manga that I want to read, but I need to read some other manga or play some game first
-Maybe List: manga I might want to read, but either there is not enough information to evaluate it (perhaps the series just came out, etc.), or I don't feel like thinking about whether or not I want to read it at the moment (series are moved off this list when there is more info or when I get around to thinking about them)
-Meh List: series that I thought I wanted to read, but there's something about them that puts me off
=hold lists:
-On Hold List: manga that I'm not actively reading but plan to resume reading sometime (either there's something else more interesting that I want to read, or not enough of it has been scanlated)
-Temporary Hold List: same as the regular hold list, but with a higher priority to resume reading
=blacklists: manga I'm not going to read (I mark these with the blue circles so I can avoid ever clicking on them again... these also still need some sorting)
-Blacklist1: for all the stuff that's too ugly for me to read
-Sub-blacklist1: this stuff is ugly, but not quite so ugly as to be put on the real Blacklist1
-Blacklist2: manga that has something that makes it lame (besides bad art--so fanservice, pornography, etc.); all hentai, lolicon, shotacon, shounen ai, shoujo ai, yaoi, and yuri fit this description, but are not listed to keep the list from becoming too long
[note: overlap between blacklist types 1 and 2 is dealt with by giving type 1 priority]

Reading List - Series that I'm reading/ or going to be reading in the very near future that is still being scanlated/completed
Wish List - Series that have at least one released chapter which catches my eyes.
Complete List - Basically ALL series that I've officially finished.
Unfinished List - Series that is unbearable for me to continue reading.
On Hold List - Series that I've lost interest in but I think, I might continue back reading someday...
*Light reading - My 'Reading List' for BL =D
*Plan-to-read - My 'Wish List' for BL =D
Arcana(Anthology) - Since Arcana(Anthology) has lots of different volumes, I put in here so that I won't miss any released chapter in Releases.
Doujinshi - Doujins that I have finished. I'm still thinking whether I should continue to give a score or not since it's really hard to :x
Mangaka-to-stalk :3 - The more I read, the more great mangaka I found so I made this list to put one completed(read) work from a mangaka to represent him/her.
No Updates - Basically ALL series that I've started to read and still want to continue but there's no releases for a long time.
Oneshots - ALL oneshots that I've finished reading.
Wish to be scanlated - Series that catches my eyes ;3 but there's no release.

Urgh! I JUST realised that there were lists in MU (ya... I'm dumb) 🙂
Reading list-I have read 1000+ mangas and I haven't been keeping track of them all... So I use it to remember my all time fav mangas
Unfinished-Stuff I want to read
Complete list- Stuff I want to read
Favourites list- never noticed that. I don't use it
Wish list- Stuff I plan to read but I also order them
On hold- never noticed that either = =
