PC. When I'm playing Red Alert, Mouse and Keyboard allows maximum mobility and speed. I remember how I used a glitch to send an engineer on water surface to the enemy Missile Silo. It can only be done with a mouse anyway. Then in first person shooters, it's a lot easier to aim with the mouse.

I prefer PC but not my PC because I have a crap graphics card. But when I play Call of Duty 2 on my PC I'm an expert sniper however with Call of Duty 3 on my xbox 360 I'm an amatuer 😛 . On the other hand consoles are better with FPS games that require double triggers like: Gears of War and Halo.

you can still play cs 1.6 even it's kinda outdated but still the most played FPS, i know in some countries there are so many league, like ESL in europe. And also there're many tournament, wcg, eswc, ngL, eurocup and many other.

new FPS with good graphic are just for fun to me, I don't really think there's some serious league or worldchampionship event for such game.

I only play FPS on my graphing calculator when I'm bored in class, so I voted console if that counts.

PC. playing FPS on a console is hard. i find my reaction time lagging compared to a PC as and my accuracy is off.

PC ofcourse.. Why the hell did they develop FPS for console in the first place? Forgive me if I'm wrong, but FPS fist came out on a PC didn't it? Shooting a target from one edge of the screen to another will take like 3 seconds in console.. how dumb... 😔

Playing FPS is way better on PC, other then that I don't mind playing some games on consoles like Metroid Prime 3 and the TimeSplitters Series. But, yeah, FPS is definitly better on PC.

I don't play too many FPS' but I was an addict on Counter-Strike. I've tried a few console FPS games and I just can't get used to controlling the aim with the right stick.

I just got my uncle's Xbox (note: not 360) so I might try out Halo soon and use that as my benchmark.

FPS games belong on a PC. Better control, better graphics and less loading screens eg. Red Faction 1-2 and even some 3rd pearson shooters like Metal Gear Solid 1-2 and GTA 3, GTA Vice City (Originally made for the PS2) For each load on a PC there were 4+ loads for a PS2 (Due to only having 24mb of ram VS 512mb or above for a PC)

I have to vote console. Mostly because of the Wii, since the Wiimote is like a mouse controller hybrid so you can effeciently aim and you get the greater imersion that comes with using a controller to move around.

PC of course. its the most suitable for playing FPS game. last time they release counter-strike for console. i tried and it sucks. i couldn't kill 1 person using sniper in 1 second or below like i usually do. yeah, some people can kill within 1 sec using sniper(its true, rite?). i couldn't stand it that i've throw it away. lucky though cause it pirate cd so its cheap thing.

today the mouse does not only contain 2 button and a scroll, some even got more than that. so you dont have to worry about shooting, changing weapon, double trigger or whatsoever.
