Lack of money kills that most times tho.

I "borrow" music, amongst other things, but mainly stuff I had already owned at one point, which was either lost or stolen. I occasionally buy some, but it's usually for other people.

Are you trying to make us confess with those threads? 🤣

Yeah, I do.
Simple as that.
I used to buy CDs, and I still do sometimes... But it's just so much easier to just download most of the music from the net.

If I really love it, I'll try to buy it...

Most of the music I'm listening to lately is Asian, which is not necessarily easy to find for sale even on the 'net, and (usually) hellishly expensive when I do find it, so I haven't bought much lately.

The last CD I wanted to buy (K-drama OST): searched & finally found a place that had it in stock, ordered, waited, never arrived, emailed, payment refunded. Ordered again, got notice that it had shipped, then got notice that my order was canceled & my payment refunded, and no reply to my email asking wtf was going on. At that point I gave up. 😔

Download it online...
Some I've bought though...~
Don't know why though...

Some are hard to find, at least for me, and my classical music desires...
So I buy those.

Ditto

If I can find it on the Net, then NO, I go the cheap road... if I can't find it and absolutely must have it (my cellphone tone) then I buy

I spend maybe 2 dollars a year on music... ¯(o_o)/¯

If I can't find the music on iTunes or Amazon then yes, I 'borrow' it. To be honest, the music I listen to is generally not on either Itunes or Amazon though....

Most of the time, yes, but I occasionally buy an Itunes card. 😀

Yes.
I used to buy CDs a lot, but I don't really have the money now that I have other interests.
I don't "borrow" much though. I'm not really heavily into music.

No way I'd blow money on downloads, or anything else unless it will be physically in my hands in the near future ^^;

I try to buy music from artists that are truly special to me.
And I usually listen to the online/local radio.

I feel no guilt for borrowing music, there's only 400mb in my music folder anyway n.n

I borrow as much as the next person, sure. I still support my favourite artists though. It is insanely hard to buy the music I like locally D": I buy my Chinese music overseas anytime I get the chance.
Have any of you seen the RRPs (Recommended Retail Price) online? 😐 Then you have to include the shipping as well, and not all of us are crazy rich Dx
But I'm still buying the limited edition DVD of the PS Company 10th Anniversary Concert Peace & Smile Carnival 😀 and now I'm oh so poor...

When CD's will stop being so expensive as to theoretically render me dirt poor, I'll buy them. Doesn't help that the selection where I live is incredibly limited and I don't trust buying online at all.

yes, i "borrow" everything on the net... i mean, c'mon.. here in Russia its perfectly fine cause everyone does it.. moreover, i saw people selling the new X-Men movie on a dvd even though it was only the workprint thats available on the net at the moment.. a couple of my friends were fooled believing its the final release 😀 🤣
