Guys only? >_>
Well, I voted 5...XD
I'm just not into much American music...once in a while I guess.
But when I do, I usually only listen to R&B and some rock.
Other than that...it's all Japanese and Korean music on my iPod. I'm starting to get into more Chinese music though, like...Jay Chou. listening to him right now
I was wayyy too late listening to him.
Although I'm Vietnamese...I don't like their music. It's usually just a cover of other Korean/Japanese/Chinese songs.

as foreign music goes I'm game
Since I was little I loved hearing other countries' music.
Of course I listen to american music but I listen to alot of kpop (cough korean r&b), some jrock and jpop not much, some chinese but mostly ballads, whatever the spanish channel decides to play XD (seriously it's a large range so I hear it all), I also listen to a few rock bands from South Africa, I'm also big on African choirs 😀 I couldn't tell you where from though, oh a bit of pop and traditional songs in Hebrew, uhh Pretty much if it's easily accessible I'll listen... I won't say look things up that often haha. Almost forgot I like a couple of french rappers.

I'm an extreme case (voted 5)
I usually out of whim download music in languages/bands/artist I've never heard of, and funnily most of them are instrumentals.
When I think about it, I listen to the instrumentation of the music more than the vocals.
I have lots of foreign songs in various other languages - French, German, Japanese, Hindi, English, Arabic, Greek, Afrikaans, and what not... I lost count of the languages now...
And I'm open to any genre or language of music... 🙂
I Enjoy Music Completely... it can't bore me easily...

I listen to a lot of Canadian (and a few British) artists these days. Not sure if that's the same thing though.
I don't listen to much where I can't understand the lyrics.

I chose 4, I like foreign music. I don't necessarily go out of my way to find it, unless I truly want it. It is not limited to just OSTs, I enjoy a variety of different types from all over the world.

I second your opinion Raeryn. As long as it is enjoyable to listen to i don't care where it comes from.
Some bands/singers i like w/o really caring where are they from :
Angela Aki (Jap)
GACKT (Jap)
Chihiro Onitsuka (Jap)
Maaya Sakamoto (Jap)
Mikuni Shimokawa (Jap)
Pink Floyd (British)
Led Zeppelin
Metallica
3 Doors Down
Iced Earth
Blind Guardian
Nightwish
Ok ok, i quit it as it is relative soon...
Oh, and ofc my own country's music...at least some of em.

I only like few bands from my country. It's just because our music market can't provide the necessary variety and quality.
My top 4 countries are United States, England, Norway and Canada. Currently want to try more of Finnish and Polish (smth close to pop) music.

Yes... 😎 But I've only got like 5 or 6 of them which are all heavy metal. I'd say, malay heavy metal was quiet decent instrumentation wise... 😃
