Know any shounen titles that is something like Fairy Tail, Monster Soul, Rave, or One Piece,
w/ the similar art style, adventurous, & how the protagonist is a bit of an airhead/naive that makes it comical to read.

Mahou Sensei Negima is similar to those manga, Negi is a genius(?) but also an air head, his best friend and the lead female fit the character type better.
Yu Yu Hakusho and Dragonball are the obvious examples if you haven't already read them.
Togari works too, but it's on hold or something weird.
