Like with Moka and Tskune in Rosario Vampire I like the manga. I don't like the whole Male Vampire thing its been used a lot and gets boring.

Never read the manga you mentioned, but Orange Marmalade and Karin have the female vampire/human male theme, and those are all the titles I can think of right now.
Also, I'm pretty sure there's already a thread like this, did you searched the forums?
EDIT;
My god, I can't believe I forgot about Blood Alone D:
There's also Shingetsutan Tsukihime, though I only watched the anime.

Also, Noblesse has both male and female vampires, and male and female ordinary people.
In Crepuscule (Yamchi) the protagonist is an ordinary male who ends up in a world where everyone is vampires. No specific romantic interest yet, though there are female vampires.
For both of these, they don't have the direct male-female relationship of Tskune and Moka so they may not be what you're looking for.

Seconding Shingetsutan Tsukihime. Great adaptation of the game. Ignore the anime, it doesn't exist.

orange marmalade is really good, but its a webcomic if you dont like those and its more about a vampire girl trying to live a normal life.
