Shuukatsu!! - Kimi ni Naitei
Tokyo Crazy Paradise - actually the main pair aren't even friends at the beginning, so their relationship evolves to friendship and later to something more (and this is also my fav shoujo 😀 )
Charisma Doll - since the manga itself it's short, the friendship stage is also kinda short, but still a cute read

that's a very basic synopsis so its ok but yeah I just finished Koukou Debut when I thought these rocky relationships are really nice to read about because they are alot more like my life and it had started them as not friends then evolved into it.
