I didn't think much of this manga due to the summary of a "political marriage with a girl that was 10 years his junior". But, the story plot was surprisingly conveyed pretty well. The drawings were quite nice, and the view on the older times in history was interesting to see.
The character development was also visible ^^ Although one thing that disappointed me was the abrupt ending. To me, it just doesn't feel "complete". What I really wanted to see was well, 10 years into the future maybe?
Overall, a good, short read.

normally i avoided this manga because i'm not really into pedo but this doesnt have any pedo in it
it is just so adorable!!! i loved this and i am looking forward to more works from this author
the short story ending was so CUTE! it was funny too |

Boo hoo, they ended it so abruptly. The art was well done and the story line interesting enough to keep me reading. It really is to bad it ended like it did.

ok first off, the age difference really isn't that big a deal! it's not like Alec is a pedophile! goodness people!
i think it is really cute! in a TOTALLY innocent way!
i have only one complaint... that its over!!!! T.T
anyone know of a similar manga?!?!

I actually enjoyed reading this. There were things that I didn't expect, and it's a pretty original idea. I would also recommend reading the whole series at once, especially since it's fairly short, and so that you can get everything altogether.

I liked this one. It was nice and cute. There were some parts that seemed a little confusing to me, but that might be due to the other mangas I read while waiting for this one to update. I think it should be continued. When I read the last chapter and saw "The End" I kinda was shocked. It has a lot more potential, but if they ended the manga here, I felt that it should have had at least a short about later on when Justinia grows up and possibly has a little family ^.^
Anyways, overall it was nice, but seemed unfinished. There are definitely better stories with this genre out there, but if you're bored, give this one a try.

I enjoyed the read which combines the light fluffiness of casual romance and shoujo with some interesting politics. Main character is developed quite well along with his relationships with everyone but it ends too early.
As for the artwork it flows pretty well and fits the manga. The artist also draws the princess in very cute ways.

The story has some interesting points and fluids enouph well not contradicting itself but other than that it hasn't nothing really original. Until now is pretty simple and I don't think it will change as the time goes.
The art, like in the majority of the storys, is the best part. It's cute and clean but I have seen better or more original.
Some people critic the diferent between them. But there is alot of young princes who marry old men. That's the true. The problem here is the same as the plot. They have diferent personalitys but they aren't too much original and I can find anything who attract us.
If you are looking for something simple you must read this.

I keep seeing people trying to add "lolicon" as a genre. It is -not- loli. Justinia may be only 10, but it's clearly stated that Alexid is 14. Besides, nothing really happens between them romantically. I expect in the last chapter or so they'll share a shy kiss, but they're married. They're supposed to be doing this kind of stuff.
Not only is it okay for a 10-year-old girl to be wed to a 14-year-old guy in those times, but she'd probably be married to a 20-, 30-, even 40-year-old.
Anyway. The art is very cute, and the manga itself has a few fluffy shoujo moments sprinkled between rather serious politics. While this mix was kind of weird at first, I quickly warmed up to it. It's one of my favorite series, even though it's only 2 volumes long.

cute, and neat shojo yet its readability is based on a persons tolerance for age differences, sadly enough for me this is right on the edge of downright uncomfortable. As I understand it the prince is 20 while the princess is 20, yet no I am reading that the prince is actually 14 so I am a little confused. Am I allowed to be okay with this developing relationship or is it just creepy?
