Conceptually it's something I would like, but the execution is severely lacking. I'm not entirely sure what it was trying to say, but I'm fairly sure it was something insipid. It's not terrible, but it's bland and that's probably worse. Reminds me of Variante, in the sense that Variante reminded me of a poor-man's Kiseijuu.

the character grows a lot and friendship development.

I like my science fiction with understandable, plausible science, even if it is all a bit unrealistic. However, the incoherent sci-babble about symbiosis, sub-species (?) and evolution really challenged my suspension of disbelief. The art is refreshing and detailed, but the good looks can not pull together this rather simplistic attempt at allegory for me. And where there's not much going on plot-wise, the flat characters don't succeed in pulling me in either. As it stands, the author shows potential, but this story would have really benefited from some editorial assistance.
