Description
From TokyoPop:
After 1000 years of peace, the wolf god Fenris Fenrir has been reborn. She seeks to find the reincarnation of Balder, the most beloved God, as the land of Midgard sinks further into anarchy. They are both key players in the coming of Ragnarok, the time when fate and free-will shall come into conflict as the very nature of the universe is forever redefined.
RilleL: Based on norse mythology, ragnarök is the term for the end of the world. Christian equivalence would be the last judgement.
The popular Korean MMORPG "Ragnarok Online" was based on this book.

I only knew about this manga because I often went to the public library on my younger days checking out mangas. I loved the artwork a lot; it's one of those...one-of-a-kind thing. The characters are lovely but they're all different, so whenever someone asks you, "I don't like the fact that Loki is covered in weird armor like that!" And you just reply, "Then you can like Chaos!"
Most mangaka make their characters look so much alike that...when you like one man, you might as well like all of them! XD
It's almost ininterrupt action, even the chattering seems active and live, the art has a good quality in most of the scenes but some of them are so polluted you can't make out any of it. Then again, that's quite rare. The plot starts in a neat monster hunting but it changes drastically even before going to volume 2, when it evolves to vengeance, survival and the quest to stop the goddess Freya from her objective of cleansing Midgard from the presence of all humans. This manhwa is related to the game Ragnarök ONLINE, and anyone that reads it will notice that quite quickly. There are a big number of cameos, like the Powerpuff Girls during Geffen's magic tournament and Ramza and some others characters from Final Fantasy Tactics in Prontera. All the guys are buffed and all the girls are hot. Take a look at some, it's sometime too hot. TOO HOT. Do that even exists? xD;; But oh they are. The design on clothes and weaponry, as well as characters, cities and monsters are something to be checked on, because they're not only pretty, but interesting and unique. As for the fights and spells, they could be worked on a bit more, you see just a few of those, even though the manhwa is almost all of it, it usually hangs on dilly-dally until two or three attacks are used and one of the sides falls. Or ressurects. It depends.
