So far only 3 chapters are available in english, hopefully someone will pickup this series.
Yeah, it's definitely better than the summary sounds like. Each chapter is from a different character's point of view, and they're very interesting. The art here is one of her better ones (I happen to like it) and there is some cute shoujo-ish romance. 
it's so much better than it seem from the cover.
