Description

I wasn't quite sure what to expect going in reading this manga, but from the reviews, this seemed somewhat promising so I gave it a shot. Unfortunately, I'm not a very big fan of the story. I don't mind "older" style art, so I didn't have a problem with the art very much. The thing I did mind, however, was that I felt that the story just threw in too many "love interests" for the main girl. I found that a bit unbelievable, and also quite annoying. I don't feel that a good love story has to always have love rivals vying for someone's attention and making someone else "jealous" enough to realize their affections.

Not my cup of tea, but as always, try it if you're intrigued.

It surprised me how much I actually liked this. The plot is very simple, a tiny bit angsty and well-paced (might be a bit slow for some, since it's a slice of life). I never got bored while reading, and I couldn't predict the ending while reading. A josei manga worth a read! The oneshot at the end of volume three was also nice.

I actually liked the art a lot, after reading the first chapter. It's distinctive and charming, with 80es hair and outfits all over the place. Baggy shirts and skinny jeans, I love it! It's definitely not for everyone though.

Oldie but goodie. "Unexpressed feelings" sums up this manga very nicely. There's not much "plot" and anything really exciting, per say, but it's an emotional read that really makes you feel for the characters. I cried at the end when the two leads could finally be together because it was so emotional (in a good way). Themes revolve around different types of love- family, unrequited love, friendship. A great work, and I would love to read more from this author!

The art is so-so but I find that I prefer less of the modern flowery sparkly look and more of the quality character development it has. When I got used to the art I found I really liked how expressive it could be.
