Well this didn't make me want to see the movie at all.. especially the last few pages.
It's certainly a oneshot, though. And it does what it's supposed to; give some proper background info on one of the characters involved in the movie, namely that Rai-guy. A decent read for any Trigun fan, but don't expect more than a "oneshot celebrating the movie".
