this is one of my fav manga, the manga that can make me re-read whenever I miss it.
How can the love described here so sweet and innocent! It's not dramatic, not too light nor shallow, not stupid either. The both main chars tried their best to understand each other while not hurting the people around. Both are very considerate and respect others' feeling while enduring the pain themselves.
It has a happy ending , not sad at all but somehow I still wanna cry at certain moment.

All I could think of when reading this was "high school sure is serious business". Sure, the male protagonist has it tough with his mother being depressed, so he doesn't feel like having a girlfriend, but then a girl shows up that is different. Okay. Other than that all you read is relationship drama being blown way out of proportion. If that's your thing it could be enjoyable.

It's a sin to read this before work, now I can't help but space out (while at work) XD... Anyway, please, someone, read this- it's so adorable! My heart was literally hurting? with happiness the whole time I was reading this- it was that good. The previous commentor, already touched on the details, so I won't bother, but honestly, read it- especially if you are looking for a cute, short and refreshing romance.

Finally, a manga with a headstrong girl who's willing to reflect over her actions and make amends. I normally despise such characters because they're so selfish and or clueless, but Kiritani is awesome and adorable. I love her interactions with Narita, because even though they're often about serious issues, she knows it bothers him and keeps them light, but not fluffy.

I probably wouldn't mind reading 100 chapters of something with her as the main character. She's very honest, and the misunderstandings that she comes to are not ridiculous or because of her own stupidity. The male lead is basically her quieter counterpart, but with a lot more hidden beneath the surface. He doesn't exactly keep secrets, but he keeps to his thoughts, though Kiritani has a tendency to make him actually say what he thinks. It's just adorable.

Even though it's just one volume, this manga is better than a lot of longer stories. The mangaka even manages to introduce other points of view to show just how special their interactions are.

It's a very good josei manga with wonderful use of undertone (often dramatic in nature) and good characters.
