Are they going to release another special where Mako and Ito are actually going to get married? The fillers are nice, but it lacks something. And I agree with the reviewer down.
Why aren't they acting in the theater anymore?
Know what? Theater is a bigger ordeal than movies. Cause once you're onstage, there are no retakes. the audience take it as it is.
I was hoping they'd grow up in the theater business, but oh well.
Guess we'll have to wait for more, if ever there would be. |

This manga is really sweet, funny and cute. The art is also really pretty. There is a lot of character development in these two volumes. So if you haven't read the prequel then you should but W Juliet II is also good as a stand alone.
This manga means a lot to me and I think Ito and Makoto are the sweetest, cutest couple ever and you should really give W Juliet II a chance because you'll love it!

I absolutely loved W Juliet, but so far, I'm sorry to say, the sequel isn't quite as good.
First off, they've both switched rather abruptly from the theater to television, which is rather odd because neither of them expressed any interest in that part of acting before this. I know they felt like they had to earn money fast, but we are given no real reason as to why that is. It doesn't make sense.
Secondly, it feels like Ito has basically stopped acting, even though it was a big part of her life in the first series. Makoto is still acting, almost to the point of it being too much, but Ito...it seems like she basically stays at home with her dog all day. I'm sorry, but why does she suddenly have to stop doing everything, just because they got married? It really annoys me.
Like the first one, W Juliet II also has a lot of fillers. Some of them were interesting, but it gets old fast. And, now that I think about it, there really isn't even much of a plot at all. I mean, there's the threat of getting discovered, sure, but really, what's the worst that could happen if it gets out? Not much.
Of course, I'm only halfway through volume two, and, as I recall, W Juliet didn't get really good until at least the third volume. And this really isn't that bad a manga. Slightly disappointing to me, compared to its previous series, but not that bad. And I have high hopes that it will get better soon.

i loved the prequal and i'm really glad the characters personalities haven't changed.
i love their new look too!
if you liked the prequal this is a must read!

this manga was the FIRST i bought, and i totally fall in love with the story plot. it's so cute. I was hoping for a ANIME on this story > <
Anyway, i was totlly in shock to now about the sequel.
Need to ask, can i read the story from this website? How do i do it? |

| I just went to the hana to yume home page and went searching around for more news. And I found the page that tells me what is soon to be released. And under the things that will be released is W-Juliet II volume 2!!!! It will be out on March 19!! I want someone to hurry up and buy it and translate it for us! |

I can't believe there is going to be a sequel!!! I knew W-Juliet didn't have a great ending so I'm glad she continued it in Volume 1 of W-JulietII !!! I hope this series is just as long as the first, but you never know....I hope it's atleast more than 10!!! I love her work!!
