Description
Kei is a normal--if very pretty--young boy in high school. One day, he falls ill and is taken to the hospital. They find, much to everyone's surprise, that "he" actually has a female genotype even though "his" phenotype is male!! A little bit of surgical work solves the problem, and cool male hero Kei becomes innocent female heroine Kei. And what a female! "He" was cute before, but she is a beauty now. And she still likes girls...

not bad, but too short and....just didn't feel realistic.
Would recommend it to people who can live without action, gore, blood, death, smut, romance, ....yeah, lots of stuff.
sorry, but for me there's very little romance. Just very few scenes, not nice for romance-fans at all. |

| It was quite unpredictable, and keeps me thinking who the female lead would end up with ~ It was also unusual, Spoiler (highlight to view) The author chose to let the lead end up with the brother which makes the whole story very enjoyable.
A pity is that the 2nd volume was boring, and one chapter doesn't make any sense! (Chapter 3) I feel that that chapter is redundant, and would not have any constructive link to the actual story.
Chapter 2, on the other hand, was the main catch of the volume. What? After she felt something, then The End?? I mean what the hell? Something is lacking between chapter 2 & 3.
The author did not show how the lead and the brother got together! This is the crux of the volume yet she obliterate that part completely. Hello?? You don't end the crux of the manga just by showing the lead having a weird feeling - -
On top of that, the author did not manage to show why the 4 guys are still so over protective of the lead. Although there were hints of it, but I feel that the author could have gone deeper.
This manga could have gone up to a third volume.. but oh well.. It was a good read (but it could be better), despite all I had said. |

| Very short but it didn't feel rushed or anything. I was very happy to see Mikoto's and Kei/Megumi's relationship blossom (especially in the last chapter~) I admit that I thought Megumi looked better as a guy, but before long she started looking good as a girl too. |

If you're expecting a harem of girl then don't read this manga, you will end up looking at guys instead. Oh the other hand, the manga have it own unique comedy and that rare now a day. Sadly the other weakness beside the harem of guys is that it is short and in a sense without much dramatic moment.

You could say that the main character was female from the start, but its still shounen-ai.
I was expecting yuri and got yaoi -_-
Anyway, if you're a guy like me and hate any form of shounen-ai or yaoi then skip this one.

It's pretty good, and for once a realistic way of gender bending. But it falls short because it's so short, and does some time skipping to make up for it... Could have been really good otherwise. But I'm a bit disturbed by those four guys... They don't really fit in there. They just mess it all up unnecessarily with being extremely pushy, it doesn't fit in with the otherwise fairly realistic setting. Not really enough manga time to make it. Might have done better with more volumes. Wonder why it was so short... There's just no way for this story to happen in only 2 volumes.

This manga does have have it's charm and humourous moment. The story itself is interesting and a bit more realistic compare to other manga with the same genre.
The only thing bad thing is the manga only consist of 2 vol which felt short in opinion.
Even so, this is a very enjoyable manga . Highly recomended! |

...i don't understand how so much potential can just be thrown out of this quickly. This manga's art,story is really good. however last few chapters are rushed so much it leaves you hanging. while there are so many mangas out there with so shallow story lines its a bit sad to see a series that has so much potential to cut so short. if you are interested in shoujo mangas try to read this one even if you are not into gender bender type. i wonder what would you do if you suddenly learned your gender is not what you supposed to be after a point in your life? would you go on as before knowing you'll never be "man" or "women" enough to belong to either side or throw away everything you thought you knew and start over? Kei chooses the latter. despite being short and rushed ending its a good read.. recommended very much ^_^

| Actually I never noticed it was only 2 vol long. I thought there was more to it. It's a shame it's not any longer. I guess I was waiting for it to get more yaoi. Great art. Very funny. |

there's nothing else out there like this at the moment...aside from pretty face,but this is far better and much more fun.
the amount of humour and romance pulled in here is actually enjoyable.
