From Aka Roze Tenshi:
Kaji Kotori is a shy girl and was always bad at making new friends, especially with guys. Since the start of high school she has been made fun of by Kaji Yukito who's the center of attention of the class. Rumors are that he was a delinquent during middle school but he doesn't look like one. Here comes the life of Kotori and how she adapts to love.

Its the same thing over and over again. Girl freaks out about something, boy gets mad, girl realises she did wrong, she appologizes and all if forgiven. ITS ALL MISUNDERSTANDINGS AND ITS STRESSFULL!!!
Honestly, I really don't understand why Miyasaka's works get good reviews... I mean, cmon. Same last name? Same birthday? Plz. The girl is shy, and actually rather stupid sometimes, and the guy? Perfect bishiii as usual. Although, personally I don't like the beauty marks/moles on Yukito's face, but I like how it differs from usual bishiis. At least that part is not totally cliche. The rest? Yah...pretty cliche. I like how Kotori plays Otome games, but the fact that she meets and befriends Model Luka is so stupid. Of course, the mangaka tries to show the heroine's good side through friendship, but failed in my point of view. The fact that she is a shy girl pisses me off, because she can't express her feelings to Yukito when she sees him with another girl who is more beautiful. Typical shoujo. So stupid. I mean, the realism in the story is poor, but if the story stood alone and was the only shoujo manga in the world, well maybe it would be good. But it's waaaay to cliche and the heroine's annoying the hell out of me.
Anyways, if ur an ENORMOUS (very very very very very very huge; no exaggeration) shoujo-lover, be my guest, and read this. But I can't seem to make this my cup of tea in the morning.

Turmoil of emotions!
This manga definitely managed to keep at the edge of my seat. Once I started, I couldn't put it down! I find myself almost screaming or rooting for the characters throughout the whole thing. It started out as one of those I'm-bored-I'll-read-whatever manga, but it ended up being one of my favourites !!!! Can't wait till the next volume ... <3

well i just updated on reading this then i read the summary of the plot this phrase caught my eyes "Kotori, the summer I was fifteen…" so does this mean that were reading the past? .. of kotori and yukito ?
Hm not bad
Not bad although i prefer Miseinen Lover hehe. This one quite similar with kare first love (which i hate) becos the guy is maniac LOL. he likes to push the main girl to do whatever he wants. hope in Bokutachi the guy will keep nice. updated : i think the girl is dense and stupid ! i'm so tired read that new chapter

similar twist? D: Uhmmm....kare first love was good! and this manga what I like is the art style <3 and of course the name We Experienced the Affair.
Guys hot, girls cute! n_n
Well, I never really did finish Kare First Love, which is why I won't compare the two mangas. I personally found Kare First Love boring, though. Instead, I quite like Bokutachi wa Shitte Shimatta. The thing with the Otome game is a nice addition. And the friend from the pictochat is cute, too. I don't exactly love this manga, but it's a good read. I'm a steady fan, I'll say.
I really love MIYASAKA Kaho's work, but most of them are too much alike. Especially this one, it's almost a resemblance to Kare First Love. The beginning might be different by just a LITTLE bit, but they're still almost the same; the typical teenage love... complete with the "first-time" for everything coating.
I recommend this, but not to those who didn't enjoy Kare First Love... because this has a similar twist.
