Great piece of art

This is another of the few unique manga that challenge the reader to meditate over a depressing but realistic matter, in which many can relate as they enter adulthood; the theme is, not surprisingly, quite similar to Welcome to the NHK. Unfortunately, there is also much room for one to miss these ideas, and simply label it an odd action manga.

Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this manga. TAKIMOTO Tatsuhiko is a great author.

Negative Happy Chainsaw Edge is an interesting manga series for sure. The careful blend of slice of life sensibility and bombastic fantasy, the offbeat romance, subtle, ironic comedy and oddly detached action sequences make for a certainly atypical sort of manga. It's definitely different, and it's that difference that makes it well worth reading.

Overall a great read if your looking for something wholly unique.

very strange manga, really confusing and surreal in the beginning. the drawings are great, it's short, sweet, and surprisingly deep. check it out, it's only 8 chapters.

Well i Read the first one and all i can say is "sailormoon vs. Jason" and it´s kind of a gag manga in my eyes^^
well the style of the manga is just like "Doubt", by the way it´s worth reading.

(my english isn´t the best, so whoever finds some misstakes can keep them)

Not a gag manga

Yes it starts with an absurd premise and there are jokes, but this is definitely not just a gag manga. Beneath the obvious setup lies an existential coming-of-age story about students struggling to find meaning in their lives. I get a bit of a FLCL-ish vibe from it.

I have really enjoyed this manga so far but only three chapters have been released so I won't rate it yet.
