Killy is a man of few words. He wanders, seemingly endlessly, through a lonely, gargantuan labyrinth of concrete and steel, fighting off cyborgs and other futuristic nightmares, searching only for something called Net Terminal Genes. And he has a very powerful gun, which he uses without hesitation whenever anything resembling danger rears its ugly head. Who is this quiet, violent, determined man and what are these Genes he seeks? The small communities he finds tucked into the crevices of this towering, dystopic ruin hardly give him leads on his treasure, driving him to find larger enclaves of civilization where people can reveal more about the world he lives in and the quarry he seeks.

This manga is a must read, but it really is confusing!!!!! the art is topnotch.
One of the best Manga's I have ever read.
Beautiful art, character designs, lots of action and an excellent male lead.
BLAME! only has one downfall, being that it can be quite confusing at times - though it is a lot less confusing on the second read through.
BLAME! is a must read for any fans of the Seinen genre. 10/10.
original, fast paced and wierd
i am not too much into sci fi mangas. But Blame is something really atypical. The art is beautiful and the main character is extremely interesting. It's unique in its genre. It does not explain things, dialogues are very few... but still a very good work!
Wierd but brilliant
The story is almost non-existent yet existent at the same time... Plenty of sci-fi, plenty of action, plenty of brain twisting events...really gets you thinking WTF IS GOING ON...but overall...brilliant. A must read, but be warned...it is plain wierd =P
A great work
This is a truly original and unique work. Starting from the art, which creates this omnious feeling that follows you until the very end of this manga. And also the mysterious plot deepened by the lack of words and weirdness of situations and the way these are solved. The plot however seems to have links with his new work Biomega. Enough said, this is one of the mangas that cannot be carried through with words, you'll need to read it to understand... or rather... not understand
it was beautiful and i loved it but i could not understand what happened at all like a drunken one night stand i had once.
This is the best. The art and plot beats even Naruto, DBZ, FMA, Bleach, and so many other manga.
The art is amazing.
The one and only
This work reaches so high and deep into artistic value that it simply has no equals in the graphic novel genre. A piece that validates the existence of the medium, it couldn't be told in painting or prose, poetry or cinema. A fulfillment of arcane emotions, a distillation of stark ideals - it at all possible to transcend such achievement?!
gotta love the art
I love Blame! , but be warned, there is pretty much no story at all. [edit by mod, possible spoiler follows] Just Killy ( the main guy ) travelling through endless concrete meeting things at most partially human, and normaly he kills them. really beautifull artwork, very similar to tsutomu nihei`s other work
A great Action-Cyberpunk manga
if you like cyberpunk , if you like good action , if you like sci-fi, you'l love this manga. TSUTOMU Nihei's works simply rocks.
