Im looking for a manga that has a lead thats mature, and uses his brain and brawn to solve problems.
A lead like Kuroe in Blood Alone fits the description, intelligent, clever, and strong
Doesnt have to be about vampires, supernatural is ok. Romance is a plus for me

Kuroe's a more or less unique character (or at least you don't get versions of him that are "strong" very often).
Personality wise I've always thought that Kuroe was a bit similar to Lawrence from Wolf and Spice, but based on what you described, maybe you should look at Mushishi (a bit of a stretch) or give the Master Keaton anime a shot.
I hope at least one of those works for you, but this is a difficult request.
edit: I guess Adarshan no Hanayome sort of works as well, but again, all of these are a little bit of a stretch.
