Following Character Throughout Lifetime

Basically, what I'm looking for is a manga that will follow a character through various stages of life. Being born, getting old, first love, second child, childhood dreams, midlife crisis, things like that.
Any style is ok, whether the focus be love or fighting dragons to save his mother.
Nothing too shounen-esque.
Gore, hentai, a-ok. Shounen/Shoujo-ai is not, though yaoi/yuri is acceptable.
My lists are public 🙂

sakuran - life of an oiran/prostitute. one volume
no.te.ge - hentai with timeskips
also you can pair honeymoon salad with its prequel baby leaf. Genre - adult, seinen
or Kiss, Zekkou, Kiss Bokura no Baai with Kiss Zekkou Kiss Genre - romance, shoujo
Historie is going in that direction.
20th century boys (not chronologically though).
And well, in a kind of way Gunslinger Girl follows the lives of the girls since when they become a cyborg to their end, so kinda of...

Perhaps Nijigahara Holograph, although it doesn't cover the protagonist's baby life.
I don't know if it fits but also Hotel. It's just not a human life.

Hotel fits perfectly, I've just read it b4, thanks 🙂
I'll check the ones suggested, but none have REALLY fit what I was looking for.... Oh, Sakuran and Vagabond was what I was going for. (and IS, too)
Maybe something like YKK too.................. I guess it doesn't have to be an extremely long time (focusing on character), just touches upon more than one subject??

vinland saga I don't know if you would count this one. It has a somewhat lengthy flashback(a couple chapters maybe a volume) that explains how thorfin came to be with askelad's group and some missions he went on when he was younger.

Kimi to Boku is very light-hearted and has aspects of this with the boys' teacher and his babyfaced friend.
